Terms & Conditions

The following are a set of terms and conditions that the customer agrees to once a booking has been confirmed and agreed to. Dreas Balloons reserves the right to refuse service to any individual that does not agree to the below terms and conditions.

• A nonrefundable deposit is required for all orders placed, no refund on deposit will be given if order is cancelled unless discussed with Dreas Balloons/ Deposit will be valid for a rescheduled date

  
  

• Full remaining payment must be made one day before your event, not doing so will result in your order being cancelled

  
  

• Dreas Balloons is not responsible for damage to balloons once it has been delivered/installed and we have left the premises 

  
  

• All sales are final once balloons have been delivered/picked up

  
  

• Client will dispose balloons before a backdrop/stand 

  is picked up unless disposal fee was paid

• Orders places 2-3 days before event will result in a $50 rush fee
